- Add water: Slowly drizzle in one tablespoon of warm water at a time while whisking vigorously.
- Adjust consistency: Keep adding water until the dressing reaches your preferred thickness.
- Taste and refine: Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt, lemon, or sweetener as needed.
Notes
Use a runny, well-stirred tahini. Freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended for best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
