  • 1 lb (16 oz) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries, kept whole and firm
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or agave for a vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chiffonaded or chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries gently under cold running water and pat them dry.
  2. Hull the strawberries and slice them into quarters. Place all prepared berries into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lime juice until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the berries and add the chopped mint. Gently fold the berries and dressing together without breaking the raspberries or blackberries.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Ensure to dry the berries thoroughly to prevent sogginess. Add the dressing just before serving to maintain freshness.
