  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and a medium-sized glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Add pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup (if using) into the jar.
  3. Sprinkle in salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour in the extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for at least thirty seconds until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
