Method
- Gather all ingredients and a medium-sized glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Add pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup (if using) into the jar.
- Sprinkle in salt and black pepper.
- Pour in the extra virgin olive oil.
- Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for at least thirty seconds until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
