Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Ripe Mangoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 Medium Fresh Kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds or half-moons
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey or Agave (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seeds (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the mangoes by slicing off the sides and scoring the flesh into a grid pattern. Pop the cubes out and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Peel the kiwis and slice them into uniform pieces. Add the kiwi slices to the bowl with the mango cubes.
  3. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruit to enhance flavors and prevent browning.
  4. If using, drizzle honey or agave over the fruit.
  5. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and gently toss the ingredients together.
  6. Transfer the mixture into individual serving dishes and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately after mixing. If preparing ahead, store fruit components separately and combine just before serving.
