Method
- Prepare the mangoes by slicing off the sides and scoring the flesh into a grid pattern. Pop the cubes out and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Peel the kiwis and slice them into uniform pieces. Add the kiwi slices to the bowl with the mango cubes.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruit to enhance flavors and prevent browning.
- If using, drizzle honey or agave over the fruit.
- Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and gently toss the ingredients together.
- Transfer the mixture into individual serving dishes and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after mixing. If preparing ahead, store fruit components separately and combine just before serving.
