- Wash and dry the parsley, chives, and tarragon thoroughly.
- Combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Add garlic, anchovy paste, and honey/agave if using.
- Pack in the fresh herbs and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper, adjusting thickness with water or lemon juice if needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to five days. Shake before use if separation occurs.
