Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Tarrago
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Agave (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the parsley, chives, and tarragon thoroughly.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Add garlic, anchovy paste, and honey/agave if using.
  4. Pack in the fresh herbs and blend until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting thickness with water or lemon juice if needed.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to five days. Shake before use if separation occurs.
