  • 1 pound rotini or elbow pasta
  • 1 ½ cups dill pickles, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
