Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Orange Zest

Method
 

  1. Zest the orange, avoiding the bitter white pith.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon.
  3. In a bowl or jar, combine the citrus juices, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and orange zest.
  4. Whisk or shake to combine, then slowly add the olive oil while whisking vigorously to create an emulsion.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

Use fresh citrus for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Let sit at room temperature before serving if solidified.
