- Grill peach wedges for 1 minute on each side.
- In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with half of the dressing.
- Layer sliced chicken, grilled peaches, red onions, and pecans over the greens.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top and drizzle remaining dressing before serving.
