Method
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Drain the mozzarella balls and blot any excess moisture.
- Take a bamboo skewer and slide on one cherry tomato, followed by a folded basil leaf, and then one mozzarella ball. Repeat if using longer skewers.
- Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
- Whisk together olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and lightly brush over the skewers.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers just before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for the best texture. Assemble skewers up to 4 hours in advance but wait to add oil and glaze until serving.
