Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk together until the honey dissolves and the mixture is uniform.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until the dressing is thick and glossy.
  4. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a mason jar, screw the lid on tightly, and shake vigorously for about thirty seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better emulsification. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
